Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which has high efficiency, low cogging force & high force density and high dynamic response.
There has no mechanical transmission between linear motor(LM) and load , no abrasion and backlash. Built-in water circulation cooling system and long service life.
LM can achieve high-precision positioning control with precision servo feedback system. Secondary part (Magnet Board) can be installed infinitely without stroke limit.
