Since 1990,SOGOTEC has been developing and manufacturing a variety of CNC machines as its main products.
SOGOTEC Milestone
2024
In December 2024, Sogotec was merged into the Anderson Group.
2022
In 2022, merged with Focus Seiki Corp., who produces CNC Machining Center. In addition to the expansion of business, to enhance synergies and complementary among product line and customers.
2022
In 2022, spindle division of Anderson Group joined Sogotec, research and develop key components to improve competitive edge.
2018
Sogotec has been listed on the Emerging Stock Board with TPEx code: 4578 Sogotec. For the product development of the Large-size platform in PCB drilling machines and Optical-glass testing equipment have been accomplished and upgraded.
2017
The product development of the conductive Depth-routing application along with CCD(Charge Coupled Device) function and large model PCB routing machines has been completed.
2016
The Automation Department was founded with Industry 4.0 concepts, capable of integrating the design and implementation of production line automation, as well as the customization service to manufacturing industry.
2015
Integrated Sogotec with the Electrical Machinery Department from the parent company Anderson group, aiming at the synergy stemmed from the improved capability of R & D and production capacity. Sogotec also established a subsidiary company -Sogotec Precision (Shanghai)Co.,Ltd
2014
The firm was renamed Sogotec Precision Co., Ltd.; and contract with the Administration Office and started to station in Chung-Kang Branch of the Export Processing Zone in Taichung City, Taiwan.
2013
The firm started to transform into precision manufacturing field. PC-BASED controller of drilling machines, Depth control Probing routing machine have been developed.
2011
Laser dotting machines, light-guided-plate Laser engraving machines and multi-axis automatic copper inlay machines were developed and being launched to the market.
2009
Laser marking Machines and eight-z-axis drilling machines were developed and being launched to the market.
2007
Joined Anderson Group, started combining and core know-how to expand market sales systematically.
2003
Awarded with The 10th Taiwan SMEs Innovation Award, and obtained the ISO-9001 certification of 2000 edition.
2002
Created and activated the self brand "Sogotec". Started Producing and sellingPCB drilling machines, and PCB routing machines.

Renamed Sogotec Industrial Co., Ltd.
1990
Yanmei Industrial Co., Ltd.was established.
